He ran and ran and ran, as fast as he could down the dark corridor. The underground passage only lit by the flameless lamps scattered along the floor. He gasped for air as his legs and arms burned. He stopped for a moment and leaned up against the wall, groaning as he put his hand onto his right arm. He gasped as the adrenaline from running started to fade away, and the pain resurfaced on his arm, pulling his hand away it was covered in blood. 'What do I do... what do I do?!' He panicked

'How long? How long have I walked here?' The voice ran through his head, as he walked through the snow. His feet took more strength with each step the snow seemed to get heavier, heavier, and deeper.
Lifting his head up all he could see was the blank snow covered mountains, nothing in sight with the snow falling from the clouded sky, no civilization, no caves, no exit. Looking back down he saw the snow collapse away from his feet, and he fell face first forward.
